Srikar Reddy 

CEO & Founder

Srikar is a first-generation entrepreneur and brings with him 8+ years of experience across hardware and software R&D, product management and business development in the technology domain. He led the successful exit and acquisition of his first company in 2019. He is one of the inventors and Patent holders for Myro, the world’s first interior wall painting robot. He has led the launch of this new age robotic technology in India, GCC and Latin America markets by working closely with leaders of large organizations in the Real Estate and Construction Industry. He has also led the development of a new business line for the company in AI solutions for Industry 4.0 space. He is driving the growth of this platform-as-a-service product by delivering business impact to some of the largest manufacturing brands of India across the Automotive, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical and Retail sectors. 

He is passionate about developing automation solutions that create a sustainable impact on people’s lives. His capabilities span R&D, multi-disciplinary engineering, data science and product management. Over the years, he has developed expertise in Investment analysis, Financial modeling and ESG practices.

Srikar holds a B.E (hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani. He loves to connect with people on technology, business and football.

Nitesh Boyina

Head of Business Development

Nitesh has 7+ years of experience managing product development and engineering at Eternal Robotics where he leads a multi-disciplinary team of engineers in developing the world’s first mobile intelligent paint robot, MYRO, and other projects of Eternal Robotics. Before co-founding Eternal Robotics, he worked with large Engineering companies like Rane Nsk Systems and Spicer Dana India delivering automation solutions to their production shop floor.
A budding entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of taking an indigenous idea to market. Started as a product designer, and over the years acquired a diverse skill set across fields of electronics engineering, robotics, IoT, computer vision, and machine learning.
A strong believer in technology positively impacting humanity and sustainability. Designer, tinker, self-explorer, eclectic resource, avid football lover, and professional with a bachelor of engineering (B.E) focused in mechanical engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
Alongside his goals in product and process engineering, he plays a critical role in mentoring existing engineers as well as the acquisition of young and worthy talent

Ajith Nair

Head of Business Development

Ajith is a seasoned business development leader with over 12 years of proven track record of developing markets for complex technology products in the manufacturing and construction sectors.

A well networked and energetic individual with an acute understanding of developing go to market strategies, business development plans and marketing strategies for complex technology solutions and high value capital equipment through value selling / concept selling.

Ajith has been at the forefront of introducing latest robotics and industry 4.0 solutions to large scale sophisticated manufacturing environments and championed the market by achieving sustained business growth throughout his career span.

Having worked in project execution & commissioning of large infrastructure makes Ajith a natural team player with an inherent ability to manage and lead large teams of internal as well as external stakeholders.

Ajith’s strong experience in working with various departments of the manufacturing industry gives him an organic advantage to understanding complex customer problems.

Ajith is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with MBA in marketing from SIBM.

Nikhil Liya

Head of Finance

Nikhil has 14+ Years of Professional Experience in managing and leading different gamut of Finance & Accounts function. In these years, he got associated with various industries like, Information Technology (Saas)), Telecom, Environmental Consultancy, Solar, Knowledge process outsourcing, Robotics (AI) etc. He also provided accounting and financial management services on offshore mode to his clients in USA & UK.

He also has experience in working with leading Retail Industry of Tanzania (East Africa) during his onsite assignment.

He is a Multifaceted & Sector Agnostic Finance Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the various industries.

He is skilled in Accounting, Financial Planning & Reporting, and Financial Modelling.

Nikhil holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and certification on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from KPMG. Apart from his professional,
