We are looking for a Software Development Manager to strengthen the leadership team for Hypervise, our flagship Industrial AI platform transforming process control across manufacturing environments.
This role goes beyond sprint tracking. It requires strong technical leadership across AI, Computer Vision, and Full Stack engineering teams, ensuring structured execution, delivery maturity, and production-grade system quality in industrial deployments.
You will play a critical role in aligning software engineering with hardware readiness, deployment cycles, and customer delivery expectations.
1. Engineering Leadership
Lead Full Stack and AI/Computer Vision teams with clarity, structure, and accountability.
Drive milestone discipline while fostering innovation within engineering teams.
Ensure production-grade quality standards in AI-enabled systems.
2. Delivery & Execution Management
Align engineering execution with hardware integration and deployment timelines.
Monitor project milestones and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
Establish structured development processes for scalable delivery.
3. Cross-Functional Alignment
Collaborate closely with hardware, AI, and deployment teams to ensure seamless integration.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
Manage complexity across multi-disciplinary teams in industrial environments.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in Software Development, including leadership experience across AI, Full Stack, and delivery management.
Experience leading Full Stack development teams.
Strong understanding of AI/Computer Vision system development.
Experience managing delivery cycles in production-grade environments.
Familiarity with system integration across software and hardware components.
Strong grasp of deployment lifecycle management.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
High accountability and ownership mindset.
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage cross-functional complexity.
