Job Description

Ensure robust financial processes and analyses that drive operational efficiency and compliance, supporting the organization in achieving its strategic financial goals.


Accounts Receivable Management

  • Track customer purchase orders (POs) against invoicing to ensure alignment with the order book.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of customer invoices and associated GST e-way bills for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage collection reviews and escalate overdue accounts to ensure timely receivables.

Accounts Payable Management

  • Conduct a thorough review of the Financial Responsibility Framework to ensure compliance.
  • Authorize and review payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Prepare and monitor project-specific budgets based on purchase orders.
  • Conduct sales and profitability analyses at the enterprise level to inform strategic decisions.

  • Accuracy in accounts management and compliance.
  • Timely collections and payments.
  • Effective financial planning and profitability analysis.
  • Problem-solving skills to address discrepancies with vendors.

B. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Reduction in overdue accounts and improvement in receivables turnover.
  • Accuracy and compliance in invoice and GST e-way bill processes.
  • Adherence to project budgets and optimization of profitability.

C. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Qualifications:

  • M.Com, MBA (Finance), CPA, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or PG in Finance or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable management, financial planning, or similar roles.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in GST regulations and financial compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

D. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of Ind-AS, IFRS, and GST regulations.
  • Expertise in invoicing, e-way bills, and payment processing.
  • Experience with GST filing and e-invoicing platforms.
  • Skilled in project budgeting and forecasting using advanced Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience with Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar ERP systems.
